JIBU TEL LIMITED was incorporated in the year 2013 as a private company with two directors, and since then, it has been steady growth in all aspects.

The company is wholly owned by locals who have expertise in various professional disciplines. The company forms   associations with other companies in various capacities to ensure speedy and efficient completion of projects.

Our Team

The company is headed by Godfrey Kamondo M who is the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Jane Gachanja is a graduate from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She has a vast experience in Business management and banking background for the last fifteen years and. we have pride in our staff whose experience range in decades of specialised works as well as young dynamic junior staff to inject fresh ideas into our company.

We value the importance of well trained and disciplined staff in Project delivery and have technical workers who are diploma holders from recognized institutions in the following fields and position:-Telecommunication Engineers , site agents, Foremen, drivers, Steel flitters, Masons, carpenters, Plumbers, Electrical technicians, Drawing and Design technicians.

We have a policy to employ 50% of our general labour from the Project Neighbourhood or local area in order to foster a good relationship and promote job creation with the local communities. The company’s growth in recent times has been an all-time high due to the adoption of a policy to admit into senior management qualified younger persons with proven capabilities.
